All Sales Are Final

At this time, Venice Designz does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items. All sales are final.

Because we operate as a limited pop-up drop with limited stock on every item, we're unable to accept returns or process exchanges once a purchase is made.

Please Choose Carefully

Since quantities are limited and sizes are not guaranteed to be restocked, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Double-check sizing before completing your purchase. Refer to our size chart under each product. 
  • Review your order carefully — item, size, color, sex — before checking out.
  • Reach out with questions before you buy. If you're unsure about fit, sizing, or product details, contact us at venicedesignz97@gmail.com, via our chat box or Instagram prior to purchase — we're happy to help you decide.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we do want you to receive what you ordered in good condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, or defective,, please contact us at venicedesign97@gmail.com or via our store chat-box or Instagram within 5 days after pickup with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item/issue

We'll review on a case-by-case basis to determine next steps. Depending on the item we may offer you store credit or exchange the item for you at a later date. There is no guarantee that the issue can be resolved but we will ensure that we can find a solution.

No Shipping Available

We're currently unable to ship orders placed through this store. If you're not local to The Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Mississauga, Brampton and can't attend pickup events, we recommend holding off on your order until shipping becomes available, or reaching out to us at Venicedesignz97@gmail.com to discuss options.

Missed Pickups

If you're unable to attend the scheduled pickup:

  • Contact us within a week before the scheduled drop to arrange a make-up pickup, if one is offered.
  • Orders not picked up within 5 days of the missed pickup, without prior communication, will be cancelled, no refunds and forfeited.
