Pickup Policy

Thank you for your interest in Venice Designz! Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Password-Protected Shop

Our shop is currently password protected. To gain access:

  1. Sign up via [our landing page with your information.
  2. You'll receive an email containing the shop password within a few moments.
  3. Use this password to enter the store and shop during our announced pop-up window.

Please note: signing up does not guarantee stock availability — items are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis once the shop opens.

Local Pickup Only

At this time, we do not offer shipping. All orders placed through our online store are available for local pickup only, at pop-up events announced in advance.

How Pickup Works

  1. Sign up and receive the password (see above), then shop once the store is live.
  2. Place your order online. Add items to your cart and complete checkout as normal.
  3. Watch for pickup details. Pickup date(s), time window(s), and location will be announced via email / Instagram / our website, after your order is placed. These details are subject to change, and we'll do our best to notify you as early as possible.
  4. Bring confirmation. Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid photo ID to pick up your item(s).
  5. Pickup window. Orders must be picked up within the announced pickup window. If you're unable to make it, please contact us at Venicedesignz97@gmail.com or Instagram: Venicedesignz, as soon as possible — see our Missed Pickup policy below.

Order Readiness

Because this is a pop-up drop, all orders are prepared in advance of the announced pickup date. You will not receive a separate "ready for pickup" notification — your confirmation email serves as your pickup pass once a date/time is announced.

Missed Pickups

If you're unable to attend the scheduled pickup:

  • Contact us within a week before the scheduled drop to arrange a make-up pickup, if one is offered.
  • Orders not picked up within 10 days of the missed pickup, without prior communication, will be cancelled, no refund and forfeited. 

No Shipping Available

We're currently unable to ship orders placed through this store. If you're not local to The Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Mississauga, Brampton and can't attend pickup events, we recommend holding off on your order until shipping becomes available, or reaching out to us at Venicedesignz97@gmail.com to discuss options.
